How long does shipping take?
Please note that pre-sales shipping may take between 9-12 weeks. We firmly believe that the finest things in life are worth the wait. Shipping times may vary based on your location. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Please note that certain conditions and exclusions may apply. You can find more information on our Returns & Refunds page.
Do you offer international shipping?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please reach out to our customer support team.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal for secure and convenient payment. At this time, we do not accept cash on delivery or personal checks.
Will you be bringing back the Mice and Sunglasses?stion
We hope to in the near future bring all of EXOvault's favorites back, but we are starting small, and will expand as we can!
Will I be able to order replacement parts for old cases, glasses or mice?
